SINGAPORE : Police have arrested a 20-year-old man who is believed to be involved in at least four cases of indecent exposure in the Sembawang estate this month.
He had exposed himself and committed obscene acts in front of female victims, aged between 15 and 23 years, at void decks in the estate.
The suspect was spotted by the police, riding past a block of flats at 5.30pm on Tuesday.
He attempted to flee when he saw the officers approaching but was quickly subdued and placed under arrest.
The suspect will be charged in court on Thursday with committing an obscene act in a public place.
If convicted he could be jailed up to three months and fined.
